fantastic place for first time renters, Miss Zaida gave us a chance when no one else would and is working with us when everything got crazy. this place has beautiful apartments and town houses and come with full appliances including washer and dryer. I highly recommend them. they also allow big dogs 😍
Cave Mill Apartments are the BEST Apartment home in Bowling Green KY. I truly enjoy the atmosphere and staff. The respect, courtesy, making sure things are well kept up goes without saying. I highly recommend Cave Mill Apartments to anyone in-state or out-of-state that now reside in Bowling Green Kentucky. The staff is the best!
Cave Mill Apartments by far are the best apartments in Bowling Green, KY. The environment is clean, the neighbors are friendly and it’s also a great environment for anyone with children. The office staff are very friendly and always quick to respond to any issues. I love living here and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to live.
All together, I really think cave mill needs to work on their people skills. My experience has been terrible, and I leased out early because I hated the environment so much. The office staff seem friendly when you sign, but will turn on the flip of a coin. The rules are ridiculous (section eight rules, even if you aren’t using it) and all together I just really think they need improvement. Absolutely love living here! Never had any complaints and the management is so nice! Loved using the pool in the summer and can't wait to try out the theater room this fall. Rent is not bad considering how much space you get, even in a one bedroom. Perfect location, me and my fiancé love it!
Enjoy my stay at Cave Mill Apts. The managers & maintenance staff do a fantastic job. Very responsive!
Great place to live, been here over a year now and no complaints. Staff is very friendly and great about responding to questions/problems. Good place for families with kids, lots of play mates.
