Recommendedabsolutely love living here with my roommates and out two dogs. it's a great community to live in, and the location is amazing as well right by the Mall and alot of great restaurants.
I am a college student in Bowling Green and have lived at Cave Mill for about a year. I have loved every minute of it! It is so easy for my family and friends to feel welcome here when they come to visit & super easy for us to grab a bite to eat since we are so close to all the restaurants, shopping, and movies! 15 out of 10 would recommend! Such a great place to live!
Great management, always friendly and will help in any way possible. Maintenance is always quick and very knowledgeable. Amazing place to live, lived here for 4 years and have enjoyed all of it.

Me and my roommate have lived here since May and we love it! All of the staff and maintenance are all so sweet and so nice. Maintenance is always quick and professional about fixing any problems that you have, and the staff are always super helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough!
We’ve lived here for over a year now. It’s a beautiful quiet neighborhood. And the office and maintenance staff are exceptional!
Cave Mill staff are attentive and responsive to their tenants, and make an effort to create opportunities for binding among the residents. I have neighbors who are wonderful to interact with and easy to live with.
