He drove through the office park, scanning the unremarkable buildings and parking lots until he saw the storefront. He parked on the street and walked inside and there were eager people in line. Everyone was hungry. But the line moved fast and he ordered brisket, burnt ends and potato salad with bread...lots of bread. The brisket was tender and flavorful and he enjoyed it immensely.
