One of the absolute worst experiences of my life at all levels. I lost $15,000 working with Catherine Baldwin and her firm as a result of her advise to continue offering more money to try and get the home. She then said later she would payment for this mistake but ultimately retracted that offer at the advice of her broker. I should have sued for this misrepresentation And I will be contacting the RE commission. It has been years and I am still upset, embarrassed, and angry.
Catherine is literally the hardest working realtor in North Carolina. She is super human as far as how much she will go the extra mile to make sure you achieve your dream of finding your dream home or selling your current home. Catherine did both for us.
