Excellent upscale Italian cuisine
I didn't care to be seated next to a half wall and having TMZ on the bar TV. The lamb tasted like pork, some clams had to be persuaded to open. I don't think I'm going back. Other choices abound.
Very nice ambience. However, several clams not opened which means bad, mussels white not pink, crunched on sand & pasta so under cooked not even close to el dante'. Appetizer of eggplant parm so over cooked it was mush. Bread was good but only olive oil & vinegar? no herbs to dip. Tiamasu so full of whip cream & no cake or coffee flavor. Salad had to be trimmed for bad lettuce. They didn't even know what an Italian coffee was & served in a coffee mug. Never not taken doggy bag if food good. Not our choice & never again.
I am so glad we found this place! Tonight was my 4th time dining in and I won’t count how many cakes I got here for birthday’s , holiday’s , and just because , to treat my employees! The food , the atmosphere and the hospitality is wonderful I am from the Mediterranean so I found what I was looking for . Thank you Cattello!!!
