Never returned my phone calls and messages, until today (almost two months later), where I only received a "thumbs up" symbol as a response. Very unprofessional.

I like dr. Alex he is the best dr I ever work
Dr Alex is the sweetest, most caring, and attentive dentist I have ever been to. I've had some pretty bad dentist experiences and am shaking in my Nike's every time I have to go to the dentist. Dr Alex made me feel comfortable before he started to work on me and I was very very pleasantly surprised that I didn't feel the unbearable pain that other dentists have put me though. I am very happy and thankful I was referred to Dr Alex by a very dear friend. Thank you very much! !
Love Dr Alex. He's caring, gentle, a wonderful person. His staff is friendly and great at what they do. Nothing needs a "do over". No "tap tap tapping" to look for uneven areas on crowns. They get it right the first time, all the time!
