I like living here. Sharon and Doug are the bestest.
I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with Castle Pointe since moving here 4 months ago. I find the leasing agents and property manager to be pleasant, efficient, friendly and professional. Teryn, the assistant manager was a rock star in assisting me in establishing my apartment. The other ladies in the office and maintenance staff are great as well. Sadly this is the 2nd time I had to write a review. Instead of fixing any of the numerous problems that people keep complaining about they hope to take them down before anyone can see it. I wrote reviews on multiple websites so that people don’t make the mistake that my girlfriend and I made by even stepping foot on their property. If you like very delayed maintenance (3 months to fix rusty water leaking out of ceiling above shower because the office staff are unable to communicate to their maintenance men who were actually friendly), irresponsible/rude leasing office staff, and a HORRIBLE experience.....LIVE HERE......have a good ol' time ripping people off Castle Pointe!
