I wouldn’t refer this apartment complex to anyone. Maintenance is slow if they even come to your apartment at all. They try every quick fix in the book instead of actually fixing the problem. AC was broken on the hottest days of the year. Heat works but the windows are so old that no heat exists in the bedroom. Leasing office doesn’t even take down your maintence requests half the time. I can’t wait till my lease is up.
They treat you nice to get you to sign the lease, but after you're a resident they will treat you like crap. Horrible customer service! The ladies in the front office seem to not care one bit about their current residents and are only concerned with getting new victims to sign a contract. The customer is NEVER right at this place. If I could give negative stars I would. The rooms are decent for the price but the service is garbage! I have never been treated more poorly by any customer service representative ever.
