The least resident friendly place I've ever lived. The new management has taken a place that was enjoyable to live and ruined it. All of the "upgrades" have been a huge inconvenience and increased the cost of living here. In addition, the new employees are very disrespectful and rude.
Just moved in here less than a month ago and the whole experience has been wonderful. Elise helped us through everything and made it fun and fast and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I love living here
Everyone of the ladies are outstanding! Always understanding in every situation! I've had a few complications but I could always count on the staff to provide a professional quality service, I can trust! Being a local business owner. I understand how important it can be! I would recommend Elyse or anyone of them to anybody! Never have I been so pleased to call a community my home!
Really nice place in general anyone would love it. The staff make you feel at home.
As a resident since last year I have been extremly pleased with not only the location, but also the service and apartment itself. The staff will go above and beyond to meet your needs no matter if the are minor or major issues. I have never had better service in the 3 states and many other apartments I have rented from. I've had a good experience living here so far. I think compared to other communities in the area, the amenities is what separates it from the rest. I love the pool and the sauna! Friendly staff in the office and in maintenance. If you live an active lifestyle then Castle Pointe is a great choice. Basketball court, sand volleyball, beautiful tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pool, fitness facility, and large property to jog around or the surrounding neighborhood.
