Recommendedmaintenance is always on top of there game. All is well maintained from the pool with a new heater( bath water) to the air filters and the parking lot is always cleared and sideways nicely salted. kids love the pool , popcorn in the office area and what we like to call " our secret playground" . it's also very well lit at nite. I feel really safe.
We are happy here and this is our 3rd year living here. The staff was happy enough to put us in a apartment right away while the one we wanted(3 bedroom was ready to move in ) The community is very well kept, friendly people in the community, friendly staff members, nice work out room with lockers and showers, 2 pools (one out and one indoor), reasonable priced laundry wash and dryers, and reasonable rent prices.
The apartments are really nice looking and clean. They are family friendly. Great space, great pool and workout room. The maintenance is always quick to respond. Perfect location.

We’re into our fourth year of leasing at Castle Pointe, and have loved living in this community! Great space, wide variety of amenities, quick response on maintenance requests, and perfect location!
Very nice place to live. I have always had great friendly neighbors and no issues. If something needs to get fixed it is easy to call the office, emergency maintenance number, or make an online request and it gets fixed quickly. Jeff and Scott are especially helpful.
We’re happy here at Castle Pointe Apartments. We had several issues during the first few months that we were here but Mgmt worked with us to resolve the issues. I recommend living here.
