This business is a scam. It bought A Polished Touch, which was a good cleaning company. I was happy the first visit, but after that, things got strange. My regular cleaners split up and brought trainees who stood outside and smoked, then came inside and stunk up my house. They take a credit card number and use it when they choose to. Went to the local office not impressed lady was very rude upon arriving for an application for a job I asked about work hours because I have a child in daycare she says no she would not hire me because the hrs dont fit ? Ok your employment ad says flexible ? The maids smoked meth in my bedroom. I would file a police report if I had any evidence. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Rumor has it these individuals are already being watched by the police. Completely unacceptable.

Lack of communication - never received confirmation of my appointment. I called and emailed several times and never heard back. Not knowing if anyone was actually going to show up and needing to make arrangements for our dog I had to cancel. That's when they decided to respond and made no apologies for not communicating from the beginning. Very disappointing.

We have two kids, two cats and we're two parents who work full time (and travel!) so we needed some help to get it all done!! I called and they were very nice, could book us within a week and offered different levels of service. They came on time and went through the house tag team cleaning. It was great! We have pretty severe allergies so I was a bit concerned but they were very accommodating and offered suggestions that they thought might work better for us. I was very pleased. Castle Keepers have been my cleaners for over a year now and they are excellent. They are very professional and always on time. They do a great job and the staff definitely goes above and beyond to met my expectations. Would highly recommend them to anyone, and actually have.
