HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ALL LEVELS!!! Yesterday we had this company come start a rotational deep clean on a biweekly basis. The staff showed up and was extremely unfriendly and just stated they start upstairs. The cleaners literally took 1 hour and left before I could speak with them. After they left I walked around looking at the designated areas they stated they "DEEP CLEANED" . I have attached pictures of what they considered a deep clean. Castle Keepers are doing a great job cleaning my vacation rental of five bedrooms and four baths. I have not had one complaint from our guests that anything was not perfectly clean. I also find their customer service outstanding.

Awful experience with castle keepers. The first time they came and cleaned our home, we came home to a broken light fixture. No big deal, accidents happen, but it would have been nice to get a call or even a note letting us know before we got home at 9pm that night and had to fix a broken light fixture before a showing the next morning. We called, they begged us to give them another chance. They came back a few weeks ago and I came home to a big ole bag of garbage on my front porch.
