Norma was great. Ron Finn was not. Wouldn't help me and seemed like he was annoyed I was told to ask for him. Ron looked over at me as I was next in line, I smiled and said hello. He didn't say anything, just looked at me and went back to typing. I waited a few minutes and still nothing, so I Introduced myself, much to his annoyance Brush up on your customer service skills Ron. Everyone from Castle, from the internet dept all the way to the salesman and sales mgr was extremely helpful and willing to make sure everything was up to my satisfaction. By far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had!

It was a very easy-going sale
The pricing was great, but like any dealer they wanted to try and get every dime out of you. They offered me the low end of my trade value but with a small talk about how I was familiar with the trade value and stated the ranges which they already knew. After that small talk and 15 minutes they came back with the number I would have agreed to (2k above their original offer!) before they wasted my time. Clean place and clean cars if that’s what you’re into.
