The gentleman that showed me around was very nice at the beginning, but seemed to get defensive when I was talking about how bad the car was. The car was being advertised on sites, but had not gone through their full service yet. The car was dirty and had damage that did not show up on the CarFax, such as a broken back light and a broken side mirror. I wanted to check out a newer version of the car, and the gentleman kept telling me it would be more money, which was completely unnecessary.
I most say my daughter and I was like Wow. I’m big on customer service and gesshhh when I say Mike P and the staff WoW us with great service they was remarkable. I apply way way after business hour but still go a response letting me know they got my request and would get back with me first thing in the morning and sure nuff they did. Good nice people
The salesman knew very little about the exact vehicle. Their offer on my trade in was embarrassing. He called me ten minutes after I left and raised their offer by $2000. I was very disappointed.

Overall good experience on responsiveness and drive but did not like the vehicle. So could not make a deal.
Mike was the best salesman I ever did business with when auto shopping. Attentive, helpful, knew the background of the vehicle and was just great all around. Nice place to buy a vehicle. Very friendly staff.
