RecommendedIhave used them for a HVAC system that required some duct work changes. THEY DID IT ON A TIMELY BASIS AN WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I also had some electrical work and that was excellent also.

I purchased a new American Standard HVAC system from Accutemp in June 2020. In July, the installation failed Sandy Springs inspection. I tried multiple times to get Accutemp to bring the installation up to code and never got any action, only promises. When Casteel acquired Accutemp, I was contacted by Casteel and the problem was very quickly resolved.

Casteel helped us so much when our heat pump died the day after Christmas. Their professional representative came out and gave us an estimate with a truly competitive price & warranty when weighed against other proposals. Then we also decided to replace our 13 year old water heater. All work was done before New Year's Eve, and we couldn't be happier. Financing was simple and easy also.

The HVAC technicians LISTEN when you explain the issues. They want you to get the most out of your existing system. It's unusual these days to find a company that suggests repairs and informs you of things of future consideration. The rates are reasonable and fair. Terrific experiences with this company on three different service calls. Forget your home warranty, use Casteel!

I was very impressed with my Design Consultant Bryn Park. His experience as an Electrician and many years in the Construction Industry provided a wealth of knowledge about the many issues of removing an original HVAC system in my home (20 years old). Everything he said was spot on and there were no "surprises" when the installation team arrived the next morning.
