Horribly overpriced. After spending 12k several years ago for 2 new HVAC systems, we called them to disconnect our gas dryer and cap the line. 209.00 later, they didn't cap the line. Called to complain and was promised a call back...still waiting. Criminal. Do not use this "company".
Absolutely outrageous what you guys did to me. I was charged 434$ to install faucet cartridge. I told the tech to install the new faucet I bought and all he did is to install the cartridge in my 20$ old faucet. It’s been a week since I called to speak with the manager and nobody still called . I’m a reasonable person but if nobody calls me soon I’m gonna make sure you regret it dearly . I’ll do to every social media platform to tell my experience including the news .

Advertised special of $77 tune up turned into almost $300. The technician told me spouse he was hooking us up and when I found out what he happened I was not happy. At least the lady on the CSR was helpful. Will NEVER use them again.

I met an employee of yours this afternoon around lunch. Our conversation centered around what she was studying. It turns out she' was studying to take the next step with your company to become a certified technician. She was very excited and eager to make herself a better asset to your team...I hope that it pays off for you and Jeannie(not sure of spelling). That said, it says a lot about your employees and your business to see those investing in themselves where they work.
