Dr. Sims herself is great. However if you can call and get an appointmentis the problem. I have called for days and no body ever answered the phone. I am not sure how to make a new appointment.
Dr. Simms is nothing short of extraordinary!!!!!! She is kind, patient, and attuned to the needs AND minds of children. She takes time with every patient (not rushing, not glossing over), but really seeing them. As a parent, I can’t express how much that means. She doesn’t just treat symptoms…she listens, she teaches, and she supports with a level of compassion and insight that is rare. I'm giving an average of 3. 5 stars for the overall experience and 5 stars for Dr. Simms and if I could give 0 stars for the receptionists I would. I've been going to her for years (off and on) and it is like pulling teeth to get them to answer their calls. I called them maybe once every 45 minutes every day and might get them one time.
She is very accessible to hours and super understanding of psychiatric medicines
Dr Simms is incredible! I work in health care and that is hard. She has made such a big difference in my sons life despite “the system” and we appreciate her so much!
