My husband has had two surgeries by Dr Ricketts. She has the greatest bedside manner and always smiling. She listens to her patients. We are so glad that we found her.
She takes the time to explain what is wrong then what can she do to help. Whole staff is friendly which helps when you’re in pain. Glad I found her!
Dr Ricketts operated on my hip and wrist after a falling accident. She was very compassionate and kind. She took the time to explain what the x-rays showed and what was done. She was very knowledgeable and I would recommend her very highly and request her if ever needed again.
Dr Ricketts is the Very BEST. She is very personable, great bedside manner, caring, understanding, compassionate, I could go on & on. I highly recommend Dr Ricketts & her wonderful staff. She is just Amazing.
