Lived here with my mother over the years, some problems (black mold being able to grow due to improper water-proofing) but it is a very good place to live, friendly neighbors, nearby parks, etc. Five out of five.

Bad place to live. Place is falling apart and management doesn't care. They are only here 2-3 days a week less than 8 hours and maintenance is here whenever he feels like working. The pictures of the side of the apartment shows how bad it is. It has been like that for over a month now and still management doesn't want to fix it. They don't care if anyone gets hurt or not. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Worse place in Alamosa.
