I have been going to Casey's for quite some time. They always have provided honest and trustworthy troubleshooting and repairs. Just this week we were about to start our drive to Colorado to move out of VA. I had an emergency problem with my truck and Casey's took me right in, diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes and had it fixed in less than 24 hours !!! Highly Recommend! Honest, reliable and great customer service!
I went to Casey's to fix my car that had failed blower motor. I am pleased with their work, both quality and timeliness. But, most importantly the staff and manager are such a respectful and decent people. I do recommend Casey's.
I had my state inspection performed on my car today. I was greeted by the owner Bryan. He was extremely pleasant and offered great customer service. I was in and out within an hour. The owner-Bryan- also gave me an estimate for some work that I will need in the near future. This was my first visit to Casey’s Automotive. I will definitely bring my car back. I had an awesome experience today. It was just a simple state inspection, but it was fast, my kid was entertained well, and I didn’t pay a stupid “dealership” price. I also got the feeling people liked where they worked which takes the edge off whenever you leave your car with them.
Great group of people! Bryan and Mary were great support of our event in Leesburg.
He was very friendly and help me out with my tire.
Everything went as planned and agreed. They were straight forward. I will be using them again. The text review of the vehicle is a nice touch to send to the customers. I enjoyed it. Thanks
