RecommendedLesson Learned: End my 20 year relationship w/Pohanka Lexus. Took in for oil/fluids/filter & advised A/C blowing warm air. When complete, drove off thinking it was just Freon but air was still warm. Took back to my Lexus Rep & she said it would be 500.00 to do Diagnostics w/Dye to identify leak & if that's not issue, replace compressor for 2000.00 - no other discussion. This was my first visit to Casey's, and I will 100% be back. The waiting area is super comfy and better decorated than my own living room. The kid-friendly area means I'll be able to bring my baby daughter with me next time, which makes life easier. Not only did Casey's get my safety inspection done before I could even finish my free coffee, they miraculously de-gunked my windshield from where the last repair shop removed my inspection sticker two years ago. EXCEPTIONAL service once again at Casey’s!! I heard a strange noise from my van at 9am. Took it in to their beautiful Sterling shop, problem identified, fixed, had it back home by 2pm. The best part is I trust the workmanship 100% and that is worth every penny (which by the way is very fairly priced). Casey’s for life!
First time at Casey's automotive and my experience was awesome. They found the problem and got me out in a timely fashion. Will definitely recommend.
Super friendly staff and charged a fair fee for the repairs that were needed. All staff on site were very knowledgeable. I have some but also very limited knowledge on cars and every single member I worked with had taken the time to explain the problem with my vehicle and giving me several options for how to go about fixing it. This is one car place on the planet that won’t try to scam you. Definitely a great family environment. 👍
I went for my first oil change at the Sterling location and the guys at the front desk were so nice and told me to “make myself at home” (which was awesome because I went with my 1yo!) They had toys for all ages, some snacks, drinks, and comfortable seating which was awesome! They sent me a thorough report via email once my car was done and it was all for an affordable price! I’m excited to say I’ve found my GO-TO spot for my Jeep!
Casey's Automotive is unlike any other auto repair shop I've experienced. They are honest, reliable, and so happy and kind whenever you walk in the door! They do excellent, efficient work that lasts. This is the place to go. Don't bother looking elsewhere. So glad we have our "go-to" auto shop!
