The only shop you’ll feel great taking your car to! They always go the extra mile and communicate with you about what they’re doing or going to do to your car. It’s nice not being blindsided by unexpected services! Also, the shop itself has a welcoming and bright atmosphere so you can wait around and not feel uncomfortable.

These guys are seriously the best!! Everyone has been to an automotive shop where it’s dirty, nothing to drink, sitting there for hours with a child who can’t sit still and is losing patience... well I’m about a 45 minute drive from Casey’s but every time I have made the drive it has been nothing short of amazing! The staff is so friendly and thoughtful, time management is amazing! Plus they have snacks, drinks and a whole kids section AND more ... you can’t beat it! Love these people!
I cannot say enough good things about this shop! Everyone has been so helpful and they have done excellent work for my last vehicle and my latest vehicle. Completely fair pricing, wonderful customer service and great work! 5 stars for sure!

Great service and great professionalism. Wanted to get my Jeep lifted and add some modifications. Brendan at the Chantilly location walked me through the process delivered an amazing finished product. 2.5 Rough Country Lift installed and new tires and wheels mounted and balanced. Hands down, best automotive experience I’ve ever had!
I have been going to Casey’s since 2017. Wether you are going to Chantilly or Sterling, you should always expect the same friendly service at both locations. They aren’t like your typical service shops that are just interested in up selling you on stuff you don’t need, they are very HONEST, and only recommend what you really need. Best automotive repair shop that I have come by to date. Bryan and Mary the owners are a class act, and are great people. If you need your car serviced, don’t think of taking it anywhere else!
