RecommendedI was super anxious about car service during the pandemic, was having issues with car electrical, and rear door struts had been broken and parts ordered in early March. It is now July. I was asked if I would like a loaner car swap for a day so they could pick up the car. All sanitation guidelines followed by the drivers, and the steering wheels both got "masks". What a great solution! And of course I got to see the latest and greatest in my driveway. 🤩

RecommendedEveryone in my family owns a Subaru. We have sent our neighbor to Casey too. Love the people at Casey. We will be back next year for my husband to trade his Subaru for a 2021. Go Casey they are the best.

I made an appointment to take care of a couple recalls and got rescheduled 3 times! I spent over 4500 dollars on a Subaru because of the transmission on 2 visits when I have just over 130000 miles on it. Overall experience rated very poorly for treatment, service, and product expectations.
Express service was really an express service! In and out under 40 minutes!👍🏼
