We bought a 2020 Forester this week.....love the car! People were great! They are busy, so don’t be in a hurry! Very fair place to do business!
They invited me to like so here I am. my wife was looking for a sporty car but something convenient as a daily driver too. So I suggested a wrx. we came to this establishment to test drive one because she was on the fence about it. They turned us down for a test drive, treated a 30 thousand dollar car as if it was a exotic. keep in mind we're 30 somethings with great credit. First team let us test drive and a week later we bought the car.

Last Saturday morning, I contacted Casey Subaru hoping they could fit me in. I was due to travel back to Wisconsin that morning (after attending a family funeral), but the night before, I'd hit a curb, which resulted in a flat tire. Not only did they fit me in (with only a skeleton crew at work), but they got our new tire on and ready for the road in just over two hours. Their kindness will not be forgotten.
I did not have a very good experience at Casey Subaru. When we pulled in the women was unfriendly and yell to shut the door to the vehicle for no reason. Very odd and so I spoke of it to the service department and they did not apologize for our experience.
I LOVE CASEY SUBARU! How much do I love them? Let me put it to you this way. I live a lot closer to First Team Subaru and even though I am closer to them I'd still make the extra drive to Casey Subaru. I take my WRX to them whenever I have issues, oil changes or a certain maintenance that I can't do myself. The few times that I have been to this dealership for a service on my car I have been attended by Chris. He is a super cool and chill guy that knows exactly what he is talking about.
