The general manager here is very rude and unprofessional. I called trying to track down the correct key for the used car I just bought (the dealership I bought from only received the valet key which won't arm or disable the vehicle's alarm) and I had reason to believe both keys had been turned into this dealership but one was maybe lost in the shuffle when they traded the car out. I bought my Subaru Forester in 2018 and am very happy with it. When I bring it in for service they are very friendly and quick to get you in. They keep you up to date on what is going on and take good care to make sure you are a happy customer. I would recommend Casey to my friends.
