I went in twice and both times i left very upset. They seemed to have a very large lack of communication between sales reps and management. The rep was offering me things and obviously just telling me things that I wanted to hear just to get me into the store as soon as I got there everything I was told was taken back. This dealership called me back after we couldn't negotiate on a deal last month. I come in and sit down for not even 5 minutes and I am told that they would not be able to make a competive offer compared to last month without actually working any numbers for me. I also did not even get to speak with the sales manager, James, who the appointment was supposedly with. Thank you for not only wasting my time, but my family's time as well.
