Not happy with the service department. They consistently miss small details requiring a return trip to the dealership. Examples include: not replacing the oil change sticker, not vacuuming the front floorboards with service, not resetting the maintenance schedule on the car display, writing on the service order that I walked around the car with my service person and requested extra services; also, there is NO place to park if your shopping for a new car or if someone is picking you up, and no loaner cars available. So I was just recently in a car accident and needed to find something suitable, so I contacted Casey as I was preferring to stick with Subaru coming from Perry. I initially dealt with a personable sales rep(s), Clayton/Raheem, over the phone and even put down a deposit to hold the vehicle in order to show commitment.
