This dealership took excellent care of me. My engine froze up and was towed here, as this was the nearest Mazda dealership. Tony did a great job of trying to work with me. Mike stepped in and went to bat for me with Mazda corporate. Both Mazda Corporate and this dealership went above and beyond in taking care of my problem and backing up the Mazda brand. Both the dealership and Tony were really impressive every step of the way and in following up with me.
Chris Hawkins is a pleasure to do business with. He is extremely knowledgeable on their Audi inventory, especially the Q3's. Chris is mister Q3! If you are in the market for great customer service see Chris at Cascade and grab your Audi.
Stopping into Cascade is like visiting family! They always are happy to see me and are ready to take care of whatever I need as efficiently as they can! I took possession of my 3rd Outback from Cascade on Saturday. It was such an exceptional experience !! Tyler, spent so much time with me explaining all the new bells and whistles that now come standard on the model I chose..what a brilliant idea to have someone specifically to do this !! The whole transition with Abe was so painless !! He's been my salesman for my other 2 Subaru's as well. Great job guys!!
