This is a terrible dealership, by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tried to resolve issues with the dishonest service department to no satisfaction. Attempted to resolve the issue with Michelle Primm (owner ) and she could not have been more rude. Instead of making the situation right, she said "I am sure Brunswick Auto Mart will take care of you in the future "
I recently purchased a previously owned Honda CRV from Cascade Auto Group. The salesman, Mark, was extremely helpful without pressure. He made the experience of buying a car fun! Even when my new vehicle developed an issue after I got it home, they took care of it very quickly and efficiently. All of the staff there are friendly, yet professional. Thanks to Dave Flanagan and a special thanks to Michelle Primm for her kindness!
