I took my perfectly working car to Cascade for an oil change and ended up having a 2 month ordeal of car issues due to their 12 to 15 new technicians (direct quote from one of their salesman) disconnecting my good battery wrong and completely screwing up my car’s electrical system, as well as taking advantage of a woman customer and trying to pad my bill with services I did not need. RecommendedOur 18 year old daughter was looking to buy her first “new to her” car and we found a Jeep Cherokee online that was at Cascade. When we stopped at the lot we were greeted by Mark Borchik. He was very friendly and helpful through the entire process. He made the experience very personal to our daughter knowing she was taking a big first step in her adult life. I just purchased a slightly used VW Atlas from Cascade Subaru this week. I worked with Abe in sales. He was 100% transparent, professional and straight forward. Much happier here! Bought my car from another Subaru dealership complete with fancy warrenty, and when I took it back for warrenty work they gave me every excuse in the book not to honor it. Came here and the problem was fixed quickly and parts were ordered for the work. Nice staff and nice facility!
First time Subaru owner here. Ben Peak was a pleasure to work with, and the thorough new car orientation was an unexpected bonus. I’ll be back when it’s time for my next car!
If every time you want service done (oil change) to take 8 hours, then Cascade is the place for you!
Came in for an oil change today and asked for a new battery because ours had to be jumped to get to Cascade. Waited two hours and found out they didn't even test the battery because it had to be jumped and they didn't replace the battery. So 2 hours just for an oil change through their express service. We have been going to this dealership for over a decade and it was clear the service group was just lazy and didn't care about our service. i would definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone. So dissappointed.
