I just purchased my first ever new car- a Subaru Ascent- and was so impressed with the customer service I received. No one was pushy and everyone was helpful and friendly. I needed my vehicle in a time crunch and they worked hard all day to ensure I was able to purchase and bring home 24 hours later. They even scheduled me a late appt and stayed over (which they say is typical and they don’t mind) to get everything situated. A friend of mine purchased a used vehicle from here. It was certified. They were told it was as is, no warranty. The sound system is messed up, they were told by a tire guy the tires on the vehicle were dry rotted. They should be replaced before winter. They wanted to buy an extended warranty on the vehicle, the salesman told them they don't do that.
