The person in charge of filing the insurance claim MISREPRESENTED the insurance company's coverage for the procedure (wisdom teeth removal) telling me "IT IS NOT COVERED" and I would have to pay $1,000+. I called my son's insurance company and was told the procedure IS COVERED (gave me all info), but this dentist DO NOT FILE THE CLAIM. Why not telling it how it is - what is the intention? Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
