Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. My daughter had to have her wisdom teeth removed and had a hard time and they were very helpful though her procedure and afterwards. All doctors and staff working here are the best!

Biggest problem was billing. 6 months ago, I had a procedure & paid the full cost--nearly $2000. Later my insurance paid 50%. When I called about my refund, they said they'd send it in "a couple of weeks." Not fast enough for me. This month, my husband had the EXACT same procedure & paid the identical full amount that I had. But our insurance has now paid his 50%. So: Since we have identical insurance (he's the policyholder, I'm his dependent), WHY did they also charge him the full rate when they knew our insurance would pay... read more
