I was very disappointed with my visit with Dr. Schmidt. I had been referred by an ENT because of infection beneath my bottom left molars. Dr. Schmidt said he saw some white on the inside of my mouth (which was probably the oral anesthetic I keep using to have the pain subside.) He then referred me to a TMJ dentist. He didn't poke around or ask any questions. Some day, I may go back there because the ENT recommended them highly but if they suggest Dr. Schmidt, I would decline in a heart beat. Yes, I wasn't comfortable at all Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions
