Never visited this office before until i wanted to have my three wisdom teeth removed. I chose this office for no other reason than that it was close and had good reviews. The staff was pleasant and quick, and Dr. Kaiser was the same. For my surgery, once I was called back, I was under anesthesia within minutes. The surgery lasted only an hour, and was able to leave in under 10 minutes. Pain was very minimal, and recovery time was probably as fast as it could be. I had two wisdom teeth pulled. I was nervous but everyone was so nice! They all made me feel comfortable and anyone I asked for helped addressed my issue immediately. I didn't feel groggy from the anesthesia and the post op care was great. I am grateful to have had such wonderful customer service and greats Doctors to help me through what could have been a very painful experiece.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their back staff is very friendly and professional. The front desk staff could use some work on their professional attitudes. I felt uneasy about my mothers surgery but the back staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. All my questions were answered by the back staff.
