Food is average, lines are huge, food is expensive and small. I live in the area and it's not good enough to be worth the wait. It's just convenient!
Good food, not great service – We tried this restaurant for the first time recently and while the food was good, the service was horrendous. Our waiter never came by our table once to make sure we were ok but stopped by every table around us to check in with them. The only time we saw him was when he took our order and when he dropped off the check; he didn't even ask if we wanted refills or dessert. Excellent food, great service – What a great addition to West Knoxville. The food here is good and affordable. The service is always excellent, the servers are all very friendly. It's a great place for lunch or dinner. We've ordered take out a few times and it's been just as satisfying. Definitely a place worth trying.
