I’m a homeowner of 6 years in a Raleigh townhome community managed by CAS. I have been lucky enough to not have many issues that required engaging them, up until this past March when I had a raccoon in my attic. Understandably, I had to pay a pest removal fee but was told at that time by the community “manager” Bonnie Garner, that CAS would cover the repairs to the access point on the roof. Reply to the owners' comments, first I'd suggest you be very careful with your criticism about how many "edits" someone can make as I'm sure you're aware of the 1st Amendment? Tread very lightly with seemingly trying to silence me. Please note, it has already been documented (in case you try to "edit" your reply to hide what you said).
