May 2026 move in: Pros: The apartment itself is WONDERFUL, the layout (2 bedroom) is spacious, the front office hosts great events, and the amenities are awesome. They updated my counters and kitchen backsplash and replaced the carpet in common areas with wood floors before move in. Cons: You MUST tour your unit before signing. I was an out of town lease signer and my mom (local) wasn’t able to tour in time because of the leasing office schedule before I signed my lease. My partner and I lived at Wesley for nearly two years, and while there were some positives early on, I would not choose to live here again or ever recommend it in its current state. To be fair, the previous office staff (Kim and Shelby) were wonderful - responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful. The maintenance team has also consistently been quick, friendly, and reliable. I was a resident at Wesley Apartments for 11 years, starting when I was a college student at NC State. I lived in two units, one for 4 years, one for 7. Overall, I enjoyed living there. The rent was decent for the location. The staff were pleasant, and maintenance always took care of my needs and were prompt. It was easy to get packages via the parcel lockers, and I really appreciated that they had garage rentals, which not every apartment has.
