I highly don't recommend to lease these apartments, when it comes to fix a problem is just an endless situation
Listen, you can do better. Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience here. The renovated apartments are really nice & maintenance is great. I asked the leasing agent Kim before moving in about the comments I saw on the cockroaches. She told me they were fake and that the person was just mad about something she couldn’t disclose. After moving in, that agent left & they were understaffed for about a month so no one picked up the phone ever. I started to notice the roaches on my nightly walks with puppy.
