I was a resident at Wesley Apartments for 11 years, starting when I was a college student at NC State. I lived in two units, one for 4 years, one for 7. Overall, I enjoyed living there. The rent was decent for the location. The staff were pleasant, and maintenance always took care of my needs and were prompt. It was easy to get packages via the parcel lockers, and I really appreciated that they had garage rentals, which not every apartment has. *UPDATED REVIEW* We moved to Legends Cary Towne in 2020. It was quiet, peaceful, and we loved it. When the complex transitioned to Wesley, everything changed - and not for the better. For context, we lived in this complex for five years total. The apartments were suddenly marketed as “luxury,” laughable given the condition of ours. Units were remodeled only as people moved out, meaning constant construction noise for a year.
