Arrogant counter personal Had 3 poor contacts. Arrogant salesmen that do not know what they are talking about. Are not concerned about the needs of a potential customer. Called and asked for owner and was put on hold until phone company cut off call. Employee did not come back and follow up call. They are not a good representative of a good company (Stihl). Just the opposite of Arvin on Fayetteville Rd., who bend over backwards to satisy a customer.
Felt like I was bothering them. I went in to order a replacement muffler for the riding mower I bought from this place 15 years ago. The store has apparently changed hands since then because I honestly felt like having a customer in the store was bothering them...like they had better things to do than wait on a customer. They did not have the muffler in stock and, after I paid for the special order, told me they would "probably order it some time next week and might get it by the end of the week".
