I love Carwash Carwash! They always do a great job on my car and the customer service is excellent. Also, I love to eat at the cafe. The food is wonderful!!!
I love Carwash Carwash. They do a really excellent job, from the shine on my wheels to the wiped down interior details and fragrance. The staff is always friendly and courteous, and the waiting area is clean, and also offers a small deli area. I prefer to wait for my car over at Applebees, which is right next door, so the time goes by quickly. I've started having my oil changed at the same time, and the convenience of having both jobs done with one stop is awesome. Highly recommended!!
The cashier was very rude when I first arrived and I felt rushed. While I was waiting for my car an hour later, me and some other patrons witness her snapping at another when she was asking to return the next day and if the wash would be free. The cashier's response was 'Yes! Yes! It will be free!' as if she was saying it to make her happy and send her on her way to tend to other patrons. There is no room for rudeness in customer service.

Our customers are the reason we get up and go to work and try to do the best job possible! This is totally unacceptable and I would like to correct it. The cleaning was good but the bad thing is there are now three scratches on my car that weren't there before. They look as if it was from those things that hold all the cleaning sprays.

They just push you through. I had to point out all the spots and areas the missed. I paid for "The Works" but didn't get the expected service. Very disappointed, next time I'm going to The Car Spa in Sharyland.
