I took my truck in for a wash. I got it back like new.. Not to mention the great customer service by Ramiro. I highly recommend Carwash Carwash.

I hadn't been there in a long time. They scratched my car. I tell them and they get some guy named Roland to come over. He says, " It wasnt us." He then says it looks like it has been touched over with paint. (Mind you it's a 2018 not a scratch on it.) I tell him not possible because I'm the only owner.. He says, "That's what I see." Doesn't even try to make it right. Never again.

They tend to throw away whatever is on the floor of your vehicle (They threw away my Dallas Cowboys cup that had 3 signatures on it ������)

Hi Nancy. We searched all of the trash cans and the dumpster with no luck. So sorry we couldn’t retrieve it. Please let us reimburse you for the cup and your Carwash at the least. We certainly feel badly about throwing it away and would like to try to make it up to you as much as we can. Please come by at your convenience and we can go from there. We’ll still keep an eye out in search for the cup this evening and tomorrow.

Arrived early today to be 1st in line but due to dense fog, they were opening late. The manager saw me and my family and decided to open right away. Great service and nice employees!
