Currently waiting for my truck it’s been 3 hours and 45 min still waiting went to go check and the gentleman in the back was waking around till he saw me then continued to was my truck rims are still dirty under fender wells still dirty dash still dirty!!! I’ve always liked the service here I’ve recommended many people here so much for that at least the cashier tried to put a smile on my face besides that horrible horrible service
Didn’t do a good job, car was quite dirty even after the wash and they left the hatch open while it went thru the wash...luckily not too much water got in and the car has a rubber mat that caught most of the water.
Told the wait was 2 hours. Decided to wait. Two hours later car still not washed and I was told “cars that only get an exterior wash go first”. Watching people leave who came after me while my car still hasn’t gone into the wash. Will find another place. Would never return here.
Terrible customer service car wash they have an expedited lane for vehicles that don’t want all the service but yet have that lane blocked by cars needing all the service so what would be a 45 minute wait turns into one and ahalf hours
terrible too many customers not enough employees! I qas told an 1 hour wait ive already been here w hours and 20 mins and my car still hasn't been washed

Too many customers and not enough employees. If you take your car there expect to wait over two hours. I left after an hour and a half because I didn’t budget a whole day in to get my truck washed. My interior was vacuumed and exterior washed. Nothing else was done. That’s ridiculous for an hour and a half. I will never go back.

I took my truck to this place this afternoon. I hadn't been to this place in a long time and had forgotten why! Well after a two hour wait. It was the worst car wash I had ever gotten. People don't waist your time or money! After wasting two hours I didn't think it was worth arguing with them over the terrible service they provided
