I'm really disappointed. I have brought my car here to have the oil changed for 2 years. I'll also get it washed at the same time. Today I left my car around 930 and came back around noon. The receptionist told me it would be another hour because at the oil change they forgot my car needed a wash and it was going to have to wait behind all of the other cars even though I got there before them. I didn't get a refund only a note on my receipt saying I "didn't have time to wait can come back for the works later". I would have r... read more
worst customer service ever. vehicle left with Armour all spots all over windows and they wouldn't help fix problem. never going back and never referring. RIDICULOUS people there accusing customers of parking next to sprinklers....or that it was already like that before taking it to wash. waste of money and time!!
