Talked to salesman friday about a car and got the price. Called sales man Friday evening told him I would take the car. Got everything ready to go pick car up on Saturday since I live out of state. As I'm getting ready to leave for missouri I got a text saying the gave me the wrong price and it was 5000 higher. What a waste of time.

A few weeks ago I was on a hunting trip traveling through Missouri on our way home. My dad was driving his 2017 F250 diesel when we all of the sudden lost power and were broke down on the interstate. The truck was towed to Carthage ford and our service was outstanding! The manager of Carthage Ford was extremely helpful and helped turn what could have been a two day ordeal for parts and labor into a few hours work and then back on the road. Give the team at Carthage Ford a chance and they’ll impress you. I bought a used car from the Edvin and Ethan. It turned out that this was Edvin’s first car sale and Ethan was helping him out. I never felt pressured and they answered all of my questions. The team stayed well beyond closing time to ensure everything was handled properly.
