Very unhappy with the customer service. We bought a 2011 Traverse that had a broken seat warmer. They said they would fix it but we would have to pay for the labor. We paid the money and then they told us that It couldn't be fixed. The day after driving it home the check engine light came on and we found that the automatic door locks didn't work on the passenger door. A week ago me and a friend changed out the brakes and rotors on my truck. Today I had my truck serviced at Carthage ford. They did the normal oil change tire rotation ext. When I went to pick my truck up they told me that I needed new brakes. They said that mine were more than 75% gone and that I would need them soon. I looked at the man and said no I don't. We bought a used Ford EDGE ,had a problem with the door locks. They repaired once, but problem still occurred. On second visit, service dept. nailed the problem. We are happy now. Yes I will recommend Carthage Ford.
Terrible customer service! Was told to hit the door & don't let it hit ya on the way out! Took my business else where and purchased a new truck the following day!
Very pleased with the service , our 2015 Ford Explorer was under warranty and they corrected the problem fast and efficiently! �
