This dealership sucks when it comes to the service side of things. I just left there after showing up for an oil change appointment scheduled on their online link. They were instructed to call if that wouldn't work. Instead after driving 45 minutes to get there I was told they don't check their online appointment book. The guy didn't even apologize. Geez! Looks like we'll be looking for another place to change our oil on the new car we purchased at their (Carthage Ford's) lot.
I like how I spent over 30,000 for my vehicle Then when I get it serviced you have nothing to drink in the waiting rooms. After watching your tv commercial that says come relax and enjoy our customer rest area. So I walk a mile to go get a drink. Thanks for not offering a ride there and back
We had Ethan reeves as our salesman. He was professional and was not pushy. They even allowed us to take the car home for the night so we could decide if we wanted it or not. Much better experience then we have ever had at a larger dealer. And we got an excellent deal on our new car. Would highly recommend Carthage Ford.
