They cracked our wind shield about a month ago when we brought it in for a recall to be fixed and refused to fix it. The service manager tried to blame it on a rock and said the weather made it appear
Went to test drive a very similar car to my present one, had appropriate down payment in my pocket, salesman claimed he was “new” and was very rude, dismissive the entire time, wouldn’t stop talking about a package I could buy with their maintenance shop, told me to slow down on a highway when I was only doing 5 over to pass someone. Will never look at this lot again. People buying cars in this economy and a salesperson be rude? No thank you.

I’d like to thank Jace for not calling me back. I went in inquiring about a car that, with negative equity, would’ve put me at about 26,000 price tag total. I told him I’d like to have a truck, so we started working a deal on one. Put the price tag at about 49,000. I contacted him multiple times for updates, and when it sounded like the banks wouldn’t accept the deal, I messaged him to go back to the original car I was looking at. I was never recontacted.
