Went in Saturday 9/10/16 to look at a 2014 Ram 3500 with a Cummins really wanted a 2500 but the nearest one was 70 miles away. Pulled in and within just a minute or 2 Larry Allison had made his way to us we talked and looked the truck over . He got the keys and we looked at it some more decided to get it . It was a very easy process they did a great job. Thank you Larry and everyone else at Carthage Ford.
Everyone in that building did an amazing job helping me and my fiancée find a car that was affordable and not to mention an great deal! There was no pressure to buy that day. I ended up with a great vehicle, thanks to Ethan Reeves and all the employees at carthage ford!
Recommended5 Stars!!! I went in to have a small part replaced and Tim has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I am very thankful for the Carthage Ford team. Thank you guys for all that you do! Edited to add: Their bathrooms are SO clean! They always smell so good! It is the little things like this that make the biggest impact on the decision of where to have your vehicles serviced.
Jace helped me find my new truck in an online discussion then drive two hours to get me to the dealership so I could pick it up. several others helped with the apps and syncing them to my phone.
We were nervous about buying a new truck and Ivan was more than rude with his eye rolls whenever we had any kind of questions. We are a true Ford family and won’t ever be back to this dealership.
The salesman was not very friendly. He left our truck on empty and we bought it. He did not want to give me a temp tag. I had to go to the finance department and he finally got a new one. I do not recommend Carthage Ford for anyone. They are too cheap to fill your car up with gas after you spend almost 30,000 on it
