I rented a home from Carter Realty for 2 years. I was nervous given the reviews but the house checked all the boxes so I went for it. I was pleasantly surprised. I had no issues with anything at all! Paying rent online was easy and convenient. I had minimal maintenance issues but they always had a maintenance tech out within 24 hours - and they would give me their cell numbers for any future issues. CARTER REALITY IS SERIOUSLY THE WORST DO NOT RENT FROM THEM AT ALL THEY RENTED OUT A UNIT TO ME THAT DIDN'T HAVE ANY HEAT!!! THE HOT WATER DIDNT WORK!! ROOF HAVE WATER DAMAGE!! TOILET HAVE LEAKAGES PROBLEM!! NOW IM TAKING THEM TO COURT FOR WRONGFUL WITHHOLDING MY SECURITY DEPOSIT

Literally have had the worse experience ever with this place!!! The people are extremely rude and unprofessional. The grass never gets cut like it's supposed to. Algae growing all over the siding on the house!! Dont ever be late with your rent cause they will come to your door... and they wont stop knocking till you answer...place is a total rip off
