My apartment is very nice and is in a nice neighborhood. It is like pulling chicken's teeth trying to get anything repaired or reimbursed for something. I believe the maintenance is understaffed, because they don't even bother having anyone fill in when the maintenance gentleman is out of town.
Very slow to respond or take care of repair request. No follow-up on phone calls or emails unless you constantly push. Very unprofessional property manager. She pretends to understand your needs and makes false action plans. Then when you bust her for not following through, she is curt and rude. More of a property "babysitters" than "managers" because they only manage to avoid work and responsibility while collecting fees.
